At POKONUT, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring a great customer experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any product returns under any circumstances. Please review our refund policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns
As a brand rooted in skincare and wellness, our products are designed for personal use. To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, we do not accept returns of products once they leave our premises. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product integrity and customer trust.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product has been damaged during transit.
  2. Defective Products: If the product has any physical defects.
  3. Incorrect Products: If an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

To request a refund, you must email us at support@pokonut.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include the following:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the issue (damage/defect/incorrect item).
  • Supporting evidence, such as photos, if required.

Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Refunds will only be processed if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
  • Products must remain unused, with the seal intact.

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The product shows signs of usage.
  • The product's seal is broken.
  • The serial number, if any, has been tampered with.
  • An unboxing video is not provided.

Refund Processing

  1. Online Payments: Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment source (debit/credit card, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of approval.
  2. COD Orders: For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after approval.

Purchases Through Marketplaces
If you purchased a POKONUT product through a marketplace (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), POKONUT will not initiate any refund process directly. Customers are required to follow the return or refund procedures specified by the respective marketplace. Please get in touch with the marketplace's customer support team for assistance in such cases.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable for minor physical damages, such as dents or scratches, unless they affect the product's functionality.
  • Refunds will not be processed if the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, cancels the order after it has been dispatched, or provides an incorrect shipping address.
  • Orders placed through the Partial COD method are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • For product loss due to spillage or breakage of the container during transit, refunds will be processed upon verification.

POKONUT is not responsible for any individual reaction to ingredients used in our products. All product descriptions include a complete list of ingredients. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician.

POKONUT Cancellation Policy

At POKONUT, we aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience while providing flexibility for cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy below for detailed guidelines.

Order Cancellation by Customer

1. Cancellation Within 2 Hours:
   - Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement during working hours (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) as we dispatch orders quickly for faster and timely delivery.
   - Orders placed after working hours (7:00 PM - 10:00 AM) must be cancelled before 12:00 PM the next day.
   - To cancel your order, please email us at support@pokonut.com.

2. Cancellation for COD Orders:
   - COD orders can be cancelled during the COD confirmation message received on WhatsApp.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
   - No cancellations will be entertained once the order has been dispatched. For such cases, refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility criteria.

Order Cancellation by POKONUT

1. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:
   - Orders placed from non-serviceable pin codes will be cancelled by our team. Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp informing them about the cancellation.
   - A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

2. Incorrect Shipping Address:
   - Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may be cancelled by our team. Customers may re-place the order with the correct details.

3. Out-of-Stock Items:
   - If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify the customer and initiate a full refund for prepaid orders.

4. Verification Failure (COD Orders):
   - If a COD order cannot be verified, it will be cancelled. Customers may re-place the order with the correct details.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders

- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source (debit/credit card, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of cancellation.
- COD Orders: No payment is required for COD cancellations.

Important Notes

Refunds will not be processed if:
- The customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.
- The order is canceled after it has been dispatched.
- The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or a non-serviceable pin code at the time of purchase.
